📄 License Terms — Personal & Commercial Use

These terms govern your use of all downloadable files from this site, including free downloads (freebies) and paid products. By downloading, purchasing, installing, opening, or otherwise using our files you agree to be bound by this License.

Scope & Definitions

File(s) — any design asset delivered as SVG, DXF, PNG, AI or similar.
Personal Use — non-commercial crafting for yourself, family, or gifts.
Commercial Use — any use intended for sale, promotion, client work, or business.
Licensee — the single natural person or single legal entity named on the license.

License Nature

Non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable upon breach.
No title is transferred; all copyrights remain with VECTORZSTOCK.
Distribution of editable source files is never permitted.

INCLUDED Personal License

Use files for Personal Use projects (stickers, shirts, mugs, décor, gifts, school projects).
Create up to 100 physical items per design for non-commercial purposes.
Client work permitted only if the editable digital files are never shared with the client.

Freebies (Free Downloads)

Important: Free files are licensed for Personal Use only. The same restrictions apply as to paid files. Freebies may not be sold, re-sold, re-uploaded, shared, traded, gifted, bundled, mirrored, or included in any downloadable pack, marketplace listing, or template — whether modified or not.

OPTIONAL Extended Commercial Licence

Unlimited number of physical products for sale (no per-item royalties).
Allowed for small business advertising, client commissions, and most POD platforms (Society6, Redbubble, Merch by Amazon, Teepublic, etc.). Platform rules may still apply.
License for one person / one business. Non-sublicensable and non-shareable.

To activate: provide the licensee name at checkout (or message us). You will receive a PDF certificate — keep it with your Order # as proof of license.

NOT ALLOWED (applies to all files: free & paid)

Re-selling, sharing, gifting, or distributing the files in any digital form (original or modified).
Including files in templates, bundles, freebies sites, marketplaces, cloud drives or similar repositories.
Allowing end users to access, extract, edit, or redistribute the digital design.
Trademarking or registering the design (as a logo, brand mark, or copyright claim).
Implying authorship of the artwork or removing embedded authorship marks.
Use that violates third-party rights, platform policies, or applicable law.

Attribution & Credit

Attribution is appreciated but not required for commercial licensees. Please reference VECTORZSTOCK where reasonable.

Print-on-Demand (POD)

Permitted under the Extended Commercial Licence when files are not uploaded as editable source graphics and the platform’s policies are followed.

Warranty, Liability & Termination

Files are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from file use or misuse.
We may revoke the license if terms are breached; upon notice you must cease use and delete all copies.

Updates & Changes

We may modify these terms at any time, with or without notice. The current version published on this site supersedes previous versions. Continued use of the files constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Quick FAQ

Can I sell digital files I make from your design? No — digital redistribution is never allowed.
Can I tweak the design and call it mine? No — derivative works remain our copyright.
Can my client get the source SVG? No — deliver flattened/printed outputs only.
Need mass production or POD? Get the Extended Commercial Licence.
